Social Group Amazon Fulfilment Centre Tour

Tim and Isaac recently had the opportunity to take part in the Amazon Fulfilment Centre Tour and what an experience it was!

The guys got a behind the scenes look at how Amazon’s technology and logistics systems work together to process customer orders from start to finish. They were shown the robotics and automatic storage systems, the packing stations, and the huge conveyor belt networks that move and filter products from the shelves all the way through to dispatch and onto the trucks for delivery.

It was amazing to see their curiosity and engagement throughout the tour. Isaac was especially switched on and even recognised what he thought might be inside one of the packages purely from its shape!

Experiences like this are such a valuable way to build confidence, independence, community participation, and real world learning in an engaging environment. A massive thank you to the Amazon team for welcoming the guys and giving them such an insightful experience. The day was wrapped up with a group photo together to remember it all!
