"Connect & Thrive: Your Social Journey" is designed to empower autistic young adults aged 18-30 by enhancing their social skills and fostering meaningful connections. This course provides a safe space where participants can explore friendships, engage in fun activities tailored to their unique interests, and learn strategies to break the barriers of social isolation. Through two comprehensive learning units, students will participate in interactive sessions that promote confidence, communication, and community engagement. By the end of the course, participants will not only have built new relationships but will also possess practical tools to navigate social scenarios, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and integrated social life.
